I've spent the past 20+ years helping active adults who were told to rest, manage it, or simply live with their pain.
This work is personal for me. I spent eight years living with chronic pain while searching for answers that no one seemed to have. When traditional approaches weren't enough, I found neurology and brain based training. I became passionate about understanding how the brain, nervous system, movement, strength, and nutrition work together to improve pain and overall health.
Today, I combine my background in exercise physiology, corrective exercise, neurology-based training, nutrition, holistic health, and corporate wellness to help people uncover the factors that may be holding them back.
When something isn't working, I don't guess. I look at the whole picture so we can create a plan that helps you get back to the life you want.
