For active adults who are tired of being told to rest, slow down, or just live with the pain.

The right kind of personal training can be the next best step after physical therapy, a major injury, or years of wear and tear. The kind of training that looks closely at how your body moves, takes your full history into account, and finds the neuro weakness in how you perform. This is what Brain to Body Fitness does.
This is coaching and guidance that helps your body move easier and get stronger so you're motivated to move more. If you want to age well and stay in the game for the long run, getting your brain and body working together is how you get there.
You're active or are returning to activity and nagging joint pain or body aches keep getting in the way. Your workouts wipe you out for days. You've got tension and stiffness that never seems to leave. You've tried the traditional way and keep ending up back at square one or worse. If any of these sound like you, you're in the right place.
Brain to Body Fitness looks at the full picture, including how your vision, balance system, and brain communicate with your muscles so your body works the way you need it to. The program combines neuro performance drills, nutrition that supports healing and strength, and exercise built for your body right now. You'll experience less pain, more strength, greater balance, and a body you can trust to live your life in.
This is where you come when everything else has failed.
Chronic pain is often more complex than a tight muscle or an old injury. If you have tried stretching, therapy, and medication and nothing has fully worked, there is usually a reason.
This approach looks beyond the symptom and focuses on how your brain, nervous system, and body are working together so we can find what has been missed and build a stronger foundation so your body can start working for you again.
Most approaches focus on the muscle or the joint that hurts, without looking at why your body keeps ending up there in the first place. Stretching, strengthening, and rest can all help temporarily, but if the underlying movement pattern never changes, the pain or stiffness eventually comes back.
Going beyond your workout means addressing your nervous system, nutrition, and movement patterns that determine how well your body performs and heals.
When you train in a way that works with your brain and nervous system the results are faster, safer, and they stick.

Your brain controls how you move, balance, and respond to stress. When it is not getting good information, your body compensates in ways that show up as pain, stiffness, weakness, or injuries that keep coming back. Improving that communication is where real, lasting change begins.

Pain rarely exists in isolation. What you are feeling now is usually connected to a history of injuries, movement habits, and patterns that have built up over years. The fastest path forward starts with understanding your full story, not guessing at a generic solution.

You won't have to wait weeks to know if this is working. Most clients notice a difference in how their body feels and moves in the first session. When your body gets the right input, it responds. From that foundation you'll move with more confidence, recover faster, and get back to doing the things that matter most to you
Easier movement, greater resilience, and results that last long term come from a whole body approach. When your nervous system, strength, and nutrition are working together, you'll feel better in your body and be excited to keep going.

Your brain is constantly gathering information from your eyes, balance system, joints, and muscles to determine how safe movement feels. Neuro performance drills help improve those inputs, often leading to better mobility, improved movement, and a body that feels more capable and responsive

Strength training built for your body where it is right now so you get stronger without flaring up or paying for it for the next three days. By improving how your brain and muscles work together, we help you build strength more efficiently, move with more confidence, and create results that carry over into everyday life.

Nutrition is more than calories and willpower. The way you eat affects recovery, energy, strength, hormone health, body composition, and how well your body responds to training. Our approach focuses on sustainable habits that support both healing and long-term results without extreme restrictions.

A 16-Week Body Reset that takes you from pain and frustration to stronger, more confident movement. We'll start by finding exactly what your body needs, then building a plan around it so you can get back to life without the restriction.

"The best trainer I have ever had."
I came in with an ongoing ankle injury. After four months and surgery I was still in a lot of pain with no guarantee that another procedure would fix it. Krissi works from a joint perspective and has been strengthening the muscles around the problem area. My pain has decreased significantly and I finally feel like I am moving forward. ~ Cheryl
"Amazing and I highly recommend to others."
Especially former athletes who are prone to injuries. The coaching is personal and you are treated like a real person with real goals. This is definitely not your typical fitness mentality but the results are amazing. ~ Michael
I've spent the past 20+ years helping active adults who were told to rest, manage it, or simply live with their pain.
This work is personal for me. I spent eight years living with chronic pain while searching for answers that no one seemed to have. When traditional approaches weren't enough, I found neurology and brain based training. I became passionate about understanding how the brain, nervous system, movement, strength, and nutrition work together to improve pain and overall health.
Today, I combine my background in exercise physiology, corrective exercise, neurology-based training, neurowellness, nutrition, holistic health, and environmental wellness to help people uncover the factors that may be holding them back. I look at the whole picture so we can create a plan that helps you get back to the life you want.
The goal isn't just to help you move with less pain. The goal is to help you become strong, capable, confident, and able to enjoy the activities that matter most to you for years to come.
